These terms cover ordering from DSB Darkside Bites through this website.

Ordering

Orders placed through the site are sent to us via WhatsApp. An order is only confirmed once we've responded to acknowledge it — placing an order through the form does not guarantee automatic acceptance (for example, if an item is out of stock).

Prices

Prices shown are in Ghanaian Cedis (GH₵) and may change without notice. The price confirmed at the time your order is accepted is the price that applies.

Delivery & pickup

Delivery areas and estimated times are confirmed when you place your order. Pickup is available on request — message us to arrange a time.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, message or call us as soon as possible — once preparation has started, changes may not be possible.
